Bristol Hospice Acquires “Front Range Hospice and Palliative Care” Operations

Bristol Hospice, in coordination with Webster Capital, has added Front Range Hospice and Palliative Care in Frederick Colorado, a for-profit hospice provider, to its portfolio. No financial terms were disclosed.

Salt Lake City, Utah (February 24th, 2020) – Bristol Hospice, a portfolio Company of Webster Capital, is pleased to announce its partnership with Front Range Hospice and Palliative Care operations and their patient care services team in the Frederick Colorado area.

Bristol Hospice began serving patients and families in Colorado in 2018 with the purchase of “Suncrest Hospice” in Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Denver Colorado areas. We believe that with the merging of our existing Suncrest Hospice of Colorado operations to the Front Range Hospice and Palliative Care operations in Colorado, we will create positive synergies with staffing coverage as well as considerable expansion to the service areas.
